I offer a range of services and can tailor a nutrition program to meet your specific needs. Sessions can be in person, on the phone or via FaceTime--it is your choice. I do offer one-off consultations, but for the best results, most people work with me over 6-12 weeks and in some cases, over the year. Working with a dietitian is no different than working with physiotherapists or trainers; the best results take time. Changes to your diet can have a significant impact on fertility, sport performance and overall well-being. We can work together to tailor your program to help you achieve your goals.
